In our business framework, we are also dedicated to help a new hire understand their role and their place in the organization by introducing onboarding process.

Principle & Lead Business Consultant

Mr. Üstün worked for fifteen years at various levels of sales organizations of international companies in the US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Turkey. Mert is the co-founder of two successful start-up companies, B-rain Team Training and DMCRep Destination Marketing company. He wanted to create value in the tourism industry and introduced the brands to the marketplace, helped to grow the business and awareness in international scope. Finally, in order to pursue his own dream and expectation in life, he sold the shares in both companies to other partners in 2019.

He is managing and conducting all learning and development related activities including Sales Coaching, Sales Trainings and Upselling Hotel Programs at Eastanbul Hospitality .

In addition to his current responsibilities, Mert is managing and conducting  Executive Search and Selection department for Tourism and Hotel Industry.
